My goal, style and approach in session

A person who has made the decision and investment to see a practitioner indicates that they are motivated to seek improvement. I value the commitment that each client makes to see me and it is my goal to help my client resolve issues and get more out of their life.

Our journey through life continually shapes our thoughts, feelings and behaviours. Interactions with friends, family, partners, colleagues, strangers, media etc have a major influence on us. One aspect of my therapy may be to navigate you through challenging relationships and interactions.

Your trust and my empathy in our session is the cornerstone of good therapy. I collaborate with my client to understand their needs and the therapeutic approach that will work best for them. While therapy is mostly centred around the mind, my holistic approach also considers the body.
